Armor Type Equip Limitations

The allowed armor types for a specified equip slot (not necessarily body armor) can be limited while an item with an [equip_limit] slot is equipped. Items that are excluded from the allowed armor types will be placed in inventory when a player attempts to equip it or pick it up.

Armor limitations from multiple items can be combined for each slot. The limitations can be expressed as !type_name_1,type_name_2,etc. (that entire list of armor types cannot be worn) or type_name_1,type_name_2,etc. (only these armor types can be worn).

This is used to block knee and thigh high boots from being equipped with incompatible armor types.
